Who you are buying from

Paid plans are sold by Paddle, which acts as Formclock's Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for the purchase: it takes the payment, issues your receipt, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, and, where a refund is due under this policy, Paddle is who returns the money to your original payment method.

Formclock is operated by Azeez Ade, Ilfov, Romania. Questions about a charge or a refund can go to support@formclock.com.

Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time; here is exactly what happens.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not, by itself, a request for a refund of the current period. Your workspace keeps its paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not delete your data.

Monthly plans are billed for the month ahead. If you cancel partway through, you keep access until the end of that month and are not charged again, and we do not refund the unused part of a month already begun. Annual plans are billed once for the year; if you cancel during the term, the plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for and does not renew. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual term except where the law requires it.

The 14-day first-charge refund

If a workspace is charged for the first time on a paid plan and decides within 14 days that Formclock is not right for it, contact us within that window and we will refund that first charge in full. This is a goodwill commitment, offered once per workspace, and it does not remove any right you have under applicable law.

If you are charged in error, tell us and we will correct it and refund the difference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory law that cannot be waived; where such a right is more generous, it prevails.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email support@formclock.com from the address on your workspace, with your workspace name and what happened. We handle refund requests by hand and aim to respond within a few business days.

This policy restates the refund and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service; the two are the same commitment, published here as a standalone policy for convenience.
