Colour-coded by position

Servers, cooks, cashiers: each position carries its own hue across the grid, so a whole week reads at a glance.

  • Reuse last week as the starting point and adjust, instead of rebuilding from zero every Sunday.

Coverage you can see

Requirements per location and daypart surface uncovered slots before you publish, not after someone no-shows.

  • Overtime, availability and rule conflicts are checked at publish, so blocking issues surface before staff ever see the schedule.

FAQ

Scheduling, answered.

Can I schedule across multiple locations?+
Yes. Yes. Each location has its own grid, positions and timezone, and staff can be shared across sites.
Do I have to start from a blank grid?+
No. When you set up, your industry seeds starter positions and departments, and you can copy any published week forward as a template.
What happens when I publish?+
Everyone assigned is notified, and the week is checked for overtime and availability conflicts first. Blocking conflicts must be resolved before it goes live.
