Agreement

By using Formclock, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

Formclock is operated by Azeez A, an independent software provider based in Ilfov, Romania. When you use Formclock you are contracting with Azeez A.

The service

Formclock is workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and coverage automation delivered as a hosted product. We work to keep it available and improving; features may change as the product evolves, and we will communicate meaningful changes.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping access secure. You manage roles and permissions for your team. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use Formclock to schedule and manage your own workforce. Do not misuse the service, probe or breach the isolation between workspaces, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Customer data and privacy

You own the data you put into Formclock. We process it to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to put worker data into the product, including for optional features like clock-in photos.

Automation

The coverage agent acts only at the autonomy level you configure (suggest, act-with-approval, or act-and-report). Automated actions are logged and reversible. You remain responsible for schedules you publish and for compliance with applicable labour law.

Availability

We aim for high availability, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We publish no uptime figure and offer no service-level agreement, because we have not been running long enough for either to mean anything. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control can affect uptime. Any formal commitment would be set out in a separate agreement.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are charged per active user, meaning someone you schedule or track; archived and deactivated people are not charged for. Prices and the billing cycle are shown at checkout, and the Free plan is free for its included limits.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are buying from Azeez A, trading as Formclock. We are the seller of record: we take the payment, issue your receipt, and are responsible for any sales tax or VAT due on it. Payment is processed on our behalf by Stripe, and your card details are held by Stripe rather than by Formclock. We never see or store them.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancel any time, and here is exactly how refunds work.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not a request for a refund of the current period. Your workspace keeps its paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not delete your data.

Monthly plans are billed for the month ahead. If you cancel partway through, you keep access until the end of that month and are not charged again, and we do not refund the unused part of a month already begun. Annual plans are billed once for the year; if you cancel during the term, the plan stays active until the end of the term you paid for and does not renew. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual term except where the law requires it.

If a workspace is charged for the first time on a paid plan and decides within 14 days that Formclock is not right for it, contact us within that window and we will refund that first charge in full. This is a goodwill commitment, offered once per workspace, and it does not remove any right you have under applicable law.

If you are charged in error, tell us and we will correct it and refund the difference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory law that cannot be waived; where such a right is more generous, it prevails.

To request a refund, email support@formclock.com from the address on your workspace, with your workspace name and what happened. We handle refund requests by hand and aim to respond within a few business days.

These terms are also published on their own as our Refund policy at formclock.com/legal/refund; it is the same commitment, restated as a standalone page.

Intellectual property

Formclock and its software remain ours. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Formclock is a scheduling tool, not a payroll, tax, or legal-compliance service; you are responsible for your own compliance decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Formclock at any time. Before you go, admins and managers can export people, payroll and audit data from the product as CSV.

An admin can permanently delete a workspace from its settings. This starts a 60-day recovery window in which the workspace stays intact and can be reactivated with one click; after it, all of the workspace's data is permanently erased. To erase a single person while keeping the workspace, or for anything else, write to privacy@formclock.com. We handle those requests by hand and respond within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the service or to other people.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and notify admins of material changes. Continued use means you accept the update.
