Pricing

Pay for how much the agent does.

Free for up to 5 people, with no time limit. Above that you're not buying more seats. You're buying how much the coverage agent is trusted to act on its own.

No credit card. Try any paid plan free for 14 days, then settle wherever you choose, including Free, for good.

Pay annually and you pay for 10 months, so 2 months are free.

What you're buying

The ladder is how much the agent is trusted to act.

Every decision it makes is recorded, explained and reversible, on every plan. What changes as you climb is how much it's allowed to do without you.

Step 01 · Free

You schedule it.

You build the week yourself: nothing is auto-filled and nothing is suggested. Even here, nobody can be double-booked or scheduled over approved leave.

Step 02 · Starter

The agent advises you.

Before you publish, it checks the week against your region's rule pack and names who could cover an open shift. It never acts on its own; it tells you.

Step 03 · Professional

The agent works for you.

It fills the shift, sends the offer, and escalates when someone declines. Every action is yours to approve, and every one of them can be undone.

Step 04 · Autopilot

The agent runs it. You audit it.

It acts on its own and reports back. The audit trail records every change, before and after, and exports whole, so “it ran itself” stays a claim you can check.

How billing works

The money questions, answered in the open.

What you're charged for, what happens when the trial ends, what changes if you downgrade, and the things we don't sell at all. Longer answers are in the FAQ below.

What counts as a user

An active team member you schedule or track. Archived and deactivated people cost nothing, and a pending invite only holds a seat until it's claimed or revoked.

What happens when the trial ends

Nothing is charged. After 14 days you settle onto whichever plan you choose, and Free is a real place to land: for good, not for a while.

Annual pays for ten months

Pay for ten, get twelve. You're billed once for the year, and switching plans later doesn't move your renewal date or push you back onto monthly.

Downgrading deletes nothing

Custom rule thresholds are paused rather than discarded. Upgrade again and they come back exactly as you left them, instantly.

What we don't sell

No SSO/SAML, no public API, no outbound webhooks, no custom permission roles, and no payroll or HRIS integrations. Payroll leaves as CSV. Several are on the roadmap; none of them are on this page.

What you're paying for

Where the money actually goes.

Pricing is per active user, so the number moves with your team. That makes it worth being specific about what a seat buys.

One product, built deep

Scheduling, time and pay are the whole of what we build. There is no chat product, no course library, no e-signature. Everything goes into the part you are actually buying, which is the trade you make when you choose a specialist over a suite.

Rules that cite the statute

Eight jurisdictions are enforced inside the scheduler before a schedule publishes, and every rule renders the instrument it reads from and the date it was last reviewed. The full table is published, so you can check all of it without signing up.

Automation you can defend

The coverage agent records why it ranked somebody where it did, can be undone, and will not cross a compliance rule to close a gap. That is what makes it something you can explain to the person who did not get the shift.

It starts at nothing

Free for up to five people with no time limit, and per active user above that, so you pay for the team you have rather than a band you have partly filled. Deactivate somebody and they stop counting.

If your rota takes ten minutes and nobody argues about it, you do not need this and we would rather you kept your money. It is built for the operator whose week goes into scheduling, whose jurisdiction has teeth, and who has to answer for how the shifts were shared out.

Pricing FAQ

Straight answers on pricing.

Is there really a free option to try it?+
Yes. Spin up a real workspace with no credit card and explore the whole product before you decide.
Do I get to try the paid features?+
Yes. Pick the plan you want to try and you get 14 days of it, free and with no credit card. Try Autopilot and that means the coverage agent acting on its own, every paid report and the audit trail. When the 14 days are up nothing is charged. You settle onto whichever plan you choose, and Free is a real place to land, for good.
What counts as a user?+
An active team member you schedule or track. Archived and deactivated people cost nothing: you pay for the people who actually work, not for every account ever created. A pending invite reserves a seat until it's claimed or revoked.
What's actually free about Free?+
The whole scheduling core, for up to 5 people, with no time limit: scheduling, the time clock, kiosk, timesheets, overtime, payroll export, leave, and shift trading. Free itself never expires. A trial of a paid plan is what runs for 14 days; Free is where you stay for good.
Is safety a paid feature?+
No, and it never will be. Nobody can be double-booked or scheduled over approved leave on any plan, including Free. Paid plans add the compliance warnings (overtime, rest breaks, meal breaks) that tell you before you publish.
What does 'agent autonomy' mean?+
How much the coverage agent is allowed to do without you. On Starter it suggests who could cover. On Professional it sends the offer and escalates when someone declines. On Autopilot it acts on its own and reports back. Every decision it makes is recorded, explained and reversible, whatever the plan.
Which country's labour law do you check against?+
The one you tell us you operate in. Set your region to the US, the UK, the EU, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana or South Africa, and you get that region's rule pack: the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Working Time Regulations 1998, the Working Time Directive, the Nigerian Labour Act, the Kenyan Employment Act 2007, the Ghana Labour Act 2003, or the South African Basic Conditions of Employment Act. You'll never be warned under another country's law. These are scheduling warnings on overtime, rest and breaks, with the statute cited on every rule; they aren't legal advice, and where the law averages hours (the UK's 17 weeks, the EU's 4 months) we flag a heavy week early rather than stay quiet.
What do you NOT have?+
No SSO/SAML, no public API, no outbound webhooks, no custom permission roles, and no payroll or HRIS integrations. Payroll leaves as CSV. Several are on the roadmap; none of them are on this page, because we only sell what we've built.
What does paying annually get me?+
Two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. Starter is $35 per active user per year, Professional $70, Autopilot $110, which is the $2.92 / $5.83 / $9.17 a month you see on the annual toggle. You're billed once for the year, and you can switch plans later without changing your renewal date or moving to monthly.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time. If you downgrade, your custom rule thresholds are paused rather than deleted, and they come back exactly as you left them if you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores everything instantly.
